Greets and welcomes clients, answers incoming telephone calls and general emails, and maintains the attorneys’ calendars. Handles all inquiries and messages from new clients, gathers all relevant information to determine if Heuston Legal and the new client are a right fit for each other, schedules meetings, and facilitates onboarding of new clients. Thea is commissioned by the Governor of the State of Florida as a licensed Notary Public. The Florida Bar has also recognized Thea and added her to its roster as a Florida Registered Paralegal.

Assists the lawyers and clients with their estate/trust litigation case matters by drafting and e-filing pleadings and scheduling all court events. She ensures clients are regularly informed about case developments and watches for upcoming legal deadlines. Assists lawyers and clients with fiduciary services. Jessica is commissioned by the Governor of the State of Florida as a licensed Notary Public.

Kim offers compassion and understanding to our clients who find themselves in inheritance disputes. Kim is commissioned by the Governor of the State of Florida as a licensed Notary Public.
Cheryl Zamojski Certified Paralegal | Florida Registered Paralegal
Assists the lawyers and clients with the probate and trust administration and estate/trust litigation matters with her vast experience as a Paralegal. Cheryl also drafts and e-files pleadings and schedules court events on behalf of attorneys. She ensures clients are regularly informed about case developments and monitors all upcoming deadlines. Cheryl is commissioned by the Governor of the State of Florida as a licensed Notary Public.
Lilly Heuston Marketing Coordinator | Accounting Assistant
Coordinates various community outreach events for attorney speaking engagements and any in-person visits with charitable Exempt Organizations. Assists with the firm’s invoicing, accounts receivables, and accounts payable functions of the accounting department. Lilly also offers her capable services as a fiduciary assistant for both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions required on fiduciary estate and trust administration matters.
Thomas Heuston Finance Manager
With BS degrees in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida, Thomas brings 8 years of Financial Audit and Corporate Compliance experience to Heuston Legal. As Finance Manager, he is responsible for recording financial transactions, managing cash flows, and presenting reports to management for advisory and accountability purposes. Thomas serves as the hiring coordinator and operations manager for the firm. Alongside the Finance Director, he is responsible for the overall financial oversight of the firm.
Denise Heuston Finance Director | Staff Accountant | Fiduciary Specialist
With a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and 13 years experience with a local CPA focusing on fiduciary accounting and tax return preparation, Denise prepares fiduciary accountings and analyzes financial documents to find inconsistencies to bring to the attention of the attorneys. She has a holistic view of the entire firm, Manages the proverbial back office, and is responsible for the overall financial oversight of the firm. Denise also serves as the Fiduciary Specialist helping the Managing Attorney to administer numerous estates and trusts where he serves as the Fiduciary.
Joshua A. McWilliams Law Clerk
Before moving to Florida in 2021, Joshua practiced law in the State of Kentucky both in the government and private sectors, with the last as an owner of a small law practice. As a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2009, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his previous practice, where he assisted clients in both civil and criminal cases. At Heuston Legal, he assists the lawyers with estate/trust litigation matters by providing value to clients through his highly adept legal researching and legal drafting skills. His wealth of experience is also available on probate and trust administration matters as well.
