Anastasia R. Regnier

Stephen P. Heuston

Associate Attorney

Heuston Legal PLLC

Beginning her law career as an associate at Heuston Legal, Anastasia Regnier’s practice area includes estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Before joining the firm, Anastasia attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate education, where she dual majored in Economics and International Studies. Anastasia stayed at the University of Florida for her legal education and earned her Juris Doctor degree with Honors in 2023.

Before becoming an attorney, Anastasia studied abroad and traveled extensively. During law school at the University of Florida, Anastasia was a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review, as well as worked at the Levin Gender Justice Clinic. Anastasia’s passion for helping others enables her to focus on helping our clients create an estate plan unique to their specific situation. She prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and health care surrogate documents as effective components of an estate plan. Anastasia also offers compassion after the difficulty of a loved one’s passing by advising them on the processes and procedures for administering probate estates and probate-free trusts after a death.

You will likely find Anastasia baking treats to share with friends and colleagues. Exploring what the vast county of Brevard has to offer is fun for Anastasia as she explores the roots which brought two prior generations here in the sixties to work on the NASA Apollo and Gemini projects. She looks forward to building her career at Heuston Legal and securing a Wills, Trusts and Estates Board Certification from The Florida Bar in the coming years. Go Gators!
